Memphis Goalkeeper Training

Feedback

We encourage feedback about our program, good and bad. Naturally we prefer to hear the good not both are ways of gaining feedback from our pupils to improve our training.

JP,

Wanted to drop you a quick note and tell you how different the training has been for Christian. As you know he has played in goal for two clubs in Memphis over the last 4 years but after a couple of weeks of working with you he feels like he has been standing in for the position and is just starting to play it. The terminology (why to say KEEPER! instead of KEEP or MINE when calling for the ball), actually being taught the mechanics of a dive, how to positioning the hands above and below the waist and even what second goal is. I hate to say its all new to a player with 4 years experience from supposedly some of the best clubs in the area. He has committed himself to the exercises and is developing confidence in his hand speed and agility along with losing some weight in the process. Overall we are not impressed. We are amazed! I wanted to make sure that this did not go without being brought to your attention. When we first met you made a statement about great coaching being a combination of experience, education, and bonding. I fully understand that, now. Whether you do or not; Christian believes you believe in him and that, along with the step by step instruction has completely refocused his outlook on himself and his soccer. Don't change a thing!

Hi Caitlyn,

Rachel enjoyed her training today.  She said she learned more today than the past two years playing in goal!!
