Our 10 week introduction to goalkeeping camp can be done as a twice a day camp or as a two week once a day camp.

 The program is ten sessions one hour and a half in duration designed to give aspiring young goalkeepers a firm understanding of the position. The camp is $200.00 which includes each camper receiving a pair of Warby Portiere Pro Protezione gloves. These gloves have finger protection built in to protect the younger keepers until they develop strength and confidence.

 The curriculum covers everything needed for a young goalkeeper to play with confidence. It starts with goalkeeping specific exercises and ends with distribution. Through the course the following (and more) are covered in detail:

• Proper positioning of hands to catch above and below the waist
• What the basket is and why it is one of the most important things the goalkeeper does to protect the ball
• Protecting one's self both on the ground and in the air
• How to dive and more importantly how to land
• When to catch and when to parry
• Understanding and managing 1 v 1s
• Reading and adjusting to penalty kicks

 Due to both the demand and the need for summer camps they are not limited to a travel distance. Camps do have a minimum of 10 children.
